SeaKing Group Awarded Silver Award for the Armed Forces Covenant

We are proud to announce that SeaKing Group has been awarded the Silver Award under the Ministry of Defence’s Employer Recognition Scheme. This prestigious accolade is the second-highest honour a civilian company can receive from the Ministry of Defence for its support of Reservists and Service Veterans.

Forty-seven organisations across the North West of England have been recognised this year with the Silver Award, which celebrates employers demonstrating outstanding support for Defence People objectives. This includes employing serving and former members of the Armed Forces community and showing flexibility towards training and mobilisation commitments for Reservists and Cadet Force Adult Volunteers.

Receiving this award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of all our employees, who have played a crucial role in making SeaKing Group a welcoming and supportive workplace for Service Reservists and Veterans. We extend our special thanks to Gary Pink and Michael Rollings, whose commitment to supporting this initiative, as ex-veterans themselves, has been instrumental. This award holds significant meaning for our company. It underscores our recognition of the unique skill sets that ex-serving personnel bring to the table. We are committed to fostering a supportive environment for all members of the Armed Forces community.
