Exciting news! We’ve just finalised our event brochure artwork for the upcoming Plumbers’ Ball, the 109th Annual Banquet, hosted at the Britannia Adelphi Hotel, Liverpool. Who else is joining in the celebration?

SeaKing has a proud tradition of attending the event yearly; 2023 is no exception. We’re honoured to support the Marine Guild, a registered charity committed to assisting individuals within the marine and marine-related professions in the Liverpool and Manchester regions.

Since its founding in the 1890s, the guild has been raising funds to provide financial assistance to those facing serious illness or financial hardship and offering grants to support young people embarking on their maritime training journey. We love to contribute to a meaningful cause and look forward to connecting with fellow industry connections next week!

Last week, our team attended Seaworks 2023. As always, the event was an opportunity to connect with our existing network and forge new relationships within the maritime industry.

We were thrilled to catch up with familiar faces, to share updates on the latest advancements in marine electrical engineering. Additionally, meeting new contacts allowed us to expand our network and explore potential collaborations that will drive innovation and growth.

Next month The SeaKing Group are looking forward to supporting the 108th annual banquet of the Liverpool Marine Engineers & Naval Architects- known to many as the plumbers ball.

Hosted by The Liverpool Marine Engineers’ and Naval Architects’ Guild- it has been two years since we have had the opportunity to celebrate the ball together as an industry.

The team will host over 40 of our guests for the evening, making the evening even more special.

It’s with great sadness that we hear the news of Robbie Coltrane, OBE, passing away.

We have had the pleasure of spending time with Robbie in connection to his work and commitment as patron of TS Queen Mary.

Sending our deepest sympathies and wishes to his family at this sad time.
